Winter Activities

Jade and Daxton have been having quiet a busy winter. We had a couple of days that were warm and melted all of the snow. Daxton decided he wanted to go play football in the mud. He had a great time, sliding into the mud in slow motion making sure to get as muddy as possible.

Than Daxton and Jade had their grandma and Grandpa Webb come down to visit for the weekend. We had a lot of fun. First we built a snowman; because, of course, we had another snowfall of around 4 inches. The snowman didn't last very long, it was a nice weekend and he melted.

Grandma and Grandpa took the kids bowling. They loved it. Daxton was pretty good. I tried to get a picture of him watching his pins go down, if you notice I almost got his first strike, but that last pin just wouldn't fall down. He later got a couple of strikes and as soon as he saw all of the pins go down he would get the biggest smile on his face and would shoot both hands up in the air and yell YESSSSSSS!

During the boys varsity basketball game on Saturday, Jade was able to perform with Little Cheer. She spent everyday asking if she could perform yet. She was so excited. Here is a picture of her right before we left for the game.
