Daxton turned 6 years old April 6th! His birthday was on a Wednesday and unfortunately Kurt had to be out of town for work, so he was able to have a little birthday fun at school and home, but his real party was that Saturday. He got to take a snack to school on his birthday and he decided he wanted to take ice cream sandwiches. When we got home we took an ice cream sandwich added some sprinkles and a candle and sang Happy Birthday.
Daxton opening his gift from Ommie and Grandpa Holyoak, it was a pair of baseball pants. (Daxton is in tee ball and was in need of some new baseball pants) He loved them!
Then on Sat. we went to a park, had cupcakes and ice cream and the kids got to play in the splash park area.
It was a good birthday!
Now for Easter...
The kids with their Easter baskets (they each got to make their own) and their new church clothes.
Now I'll just throw in a pregancy picture, this was taken April 12th at 7 months.

So on your blog it says that Jade is 5. Is today her birthday? Happy Birthday to both of them. Your kids are really cute, Jade looks the same size as Dax in the Easter pic-I can't believe you havea 5 and 6 year old!

Well Jade is close to 5, she will turn five in June. Apparently I didn't know how to set up the birthday thing right :) Oh well close enough!
