Summer in Utah

We were lucky enough to get to spend the whole month of July in Utah.

 

This is Drake and his cousin Claire they are 3 weeks apart.

 We got to bless Drake in Moab while we were in town. All four of our kids have been born in different states but they were all blessed in my parents ward in Moab.

 Here are the kids with their summer addictions. Any time they walked into Ommies house they knew to go right to the freezer and bang on the door until someone gave them an otter pop.

 

 

While we were there Ashley got a great idea to rip up the old carpet in my parents basement and stain the concrete. Our house in Texas had stained concrete floors and we really liked them so we thought it was a great idea. Only Ashley only stayed for the beginning part and the rest was left to My Mom and I (Cassie ended up having to babysit). We now know better what you should and shouldn't do, but for the most part we think it turned out great. Hopefully you can tell by the pictures.

 

 

 After Moab we got to go up to Rexburg, ID for a reunion with Kurt's family. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay the whole time but we had a great time. It was so nice getting to see everyone!
