Jade's birthday part II

Jade's Birthday was a great success! The party started at the park where every Monday night our family gets together to play soccer. When we arrived balloons were waiting for her in Kurt's car!


After the soccer game we all gathered round for a little cake and ice cream. I made the cake myself and I'm happy with the way it turned out.



This is Jade's reaction when she first saw the cake. She has been asking for a barbie for months now. I thought a barbie cake would be perfect for her!

Well after some cake and ice cream Jade proceeded to open her presents. The first present was from her cousin Jenna.

This picture is the face of pure excitement.

Needless to say it was a barbie. She was hilarious. She just kept screaming "It's a barbie!" We failed to get her yelling "it's a barbie", but we did catch this great candid moment when she saw a little bit more of the barbie. (there's a lot of back ground talking try to listen to Jade)







Well, as you can see, the barbie was not actually naked, the clothes had just fallen down a bit. Well she had a great birthday and ended up with 5 barbies!!! 3 my little ponies, 3 skirts, one outfit, and a shirt. What a Happy Birthday that was!
